Thank you for visiting my website.  This website is new, so I'd appreciate your patience while i work on the content.  Alot of what i have to share with you i have accumulated over the last 15 years from my experiences and studies. I hope that they will make a difference in your life.  

I will be making a section of the website dedicated to helping you understand exactly what NLP is.  For those of you that don't know, NLP is Neuro Linguistic Programming. Its really about being curious and experimenting with some of the techniques you can learn easily. This helps YOU to the be the BEST YOU as you understand more about why you do the things you do, in the way that you do it.  Anyway, i'll let you know when i have posted more info.

The dream journal creative workshop is a new style of workshop that combines scrapbooking your dreams with setting your goals. I really don't like the word 'scrapbook' because it sounds like you are going to throw it away.  I call it a dream journal. And its something that you can refer to on a daily basis, and it will be your lifetime work in progress.

I'll also show you some easy nlp techniques that you can practice at home.
